Description

rofl i drew her for the last two years so I thought i'd draw her again!
But this time she isn't a witch because who wears the same costume three years in a row, pshh

Um yeah so I've been hiding this for like two weeks waiting to upload it a little closer to halloween and halloween is in like a week and a half or something here you go
I thought i'd do a background but i didn't want to use up my markers so i did it on the computer and it took me ages and ended up looking quick rofl

and an update on my life!
I've finished both my English exams! They phrased the questions so badly! It was phrased so weirdly that I did the best in the Shakespeare question and that was the part I didn't even study!

Spidella continues to amuse, conceptually. You have managed to keep to your whimsical style when drawing the macabre. The color mixture is suitable for the character and event and you have a good, consistent sort of lighting that matches the different surfaces you're dealing with. The use of bloodstains is just subtle enough to serve as an impression rather than a gore spatter.

Conceptually, I like this character. I've seen my share of driders, giant spiders and other similar creations, but this is a more unusual style of spider-femme fatale. What I like is that you kept them looking attractive while at the same time giving more than a token nod to their anatomy.

If I may ask, is it makeup or the remnants of a Sicilian smile that appears to extend her mouth?
