I did this for a steampunk exhibition in this cute art shop (like it sells lots of artworks) and it's got all these bones and dead animal art and it looks so cool
But yeah then i liked it too much so i made the price $200 so no one would buy it!

edit;; lol stop requesting it to groups i look like a group whore ;A; <333

Copic markers and watercolor, 8 hours
I colored most of the figure with markers, and went over with watercolor when I was missing a color I needed. I used watercolor for the background and marker for the cogs. I went over with a white gel pen for the shiny parts and the lace.

The composition is just great on this drawing, I love her pose and the color, as always. I love how you did the fabric, the draping in the bustle and the drape on her hips is just great. I also love her expression, there's a lot of little details in this drawing that just makes it great. I love her multiple pairs of stockings and her boots... wish they were real. The wing is really interesting, it almost makes me think of one of those tropical birds. There's just a lot of little details in here that make the picture simply gorgeous.

For some reason I think the gun looks like a squirt gun that's filled with root beer.

And now I have another person to watch for studying the use of prismacolors in shading carefully through color blending without abusing the colorless lbender too much. The lines are clean and the image well drawn, but it is the colors that come out most strongly. The colors themselves are sedate by your standards, but show the breadth of available pallet you have and your skill in blending similar colors to give depth and shading. It's consistent and technically strong.

Your thematics are fun. You've got great steampunk costuming here, but the colored, almost feathered hair is a nice touch to give it a singularly different look. There is a bit of almost faerie whimsy to the piece that makes me curious about the character. All around, this piece is very good and one of your better ones. Overall, I can't think of anything immediate in need of fixing with the image, so simply keep practicing pieces like this. ^_^
